DAY 01: Dehradun – Rishikesh

Welcome into the Resort. Meet the Senior Therapist / Doctor for 20 minutes to understand the timetable and meal plan prepared for the entire duration of your stay. The therapist will also explain some dos and don’ts during the period of the stay to be able to get the maximum benefit of the package.

On the first day each guest will be given the ABHYANGAM therapy. This is a 60 minute Full body massage with medicated oils. This treatment decreases muscle tension, improves circulation of blood and lymph, detoxifies and increases flexibility. Abhyagam will be followed by a 20 minutes Steam bath which is meant to absorb the oils used the skin. Evening Attend Aarti to float lights and offerings on the river.Overnight stay in Resort.

DAY 02: Rishikesh

Breakfast at the hotel.The package will start with UDWARTHNAM therapy .it is 40 min herbal powder is massaged all over the body in a specific way. it improves circulation and enhances skin texture and appearance this will be followed by a 20 minute steam bath. the sweet also helps to remove toxins and cleanses the body .the steam room will help with overall Detoxification of the body .

DAY 03: Rishikesh

Wellbeing with a 90 minute Distress Program !

A perfect mind and body relaxation program.it combines abhyangam and shirodhara,to rejuvenate your body and help your mind to Reconnect !

This program will be followed by a 20 minutes steam bath .it naturally removes toxins from the body and increases blood flow .

DAY 04: Rishikesh

Well being with a 60 minutes session of a classic Ayurveda program with start with a deep muscular massage using herbal oil.

This is followed by an application of herbal poultices all over the body.

The vigorous strokes and heat of these poultices loosen up the tense muscles.

the last session of the day is 30 minutes Destressing SHIRODHARA.

A wonderful treatment for a tranquility of mind .start with a light head massage followed by the pouring of a continuous steam of lukewarm medicated oil on your forehead in a rhythmic manner.

DAY 05: Rishikesh

Well beings a 60 minutes Ayurveda facial Treatment.

Mashed ripe papaya and orange pulp helps de-tan and cleanse skin.

It is a rich source of carotene and vitamin c .it is good for skin exfoliation, detaining and for a glowing skin.

This face treatment will be followed by 30 minutes foot scrub ,this unique scrub gently exfoliates dead skin cells and remove impurities from the skin.

It naturally disinfects and deodorizes feet and leaves them moisturized and nourished.

DAY 06: Rishikesh

Well beings with a DEEP TISSUE DESTRESSING MASSAGE.

It is 60 minutes session which employs the principles of muscular restoration .it work across the muscles manipulating deep tissues ,stimulating circulation ,and regenerating lymphatic flow.

We use natural based oil while massaging The last session of the day is 25 minutes herbal body scrub treatment . That is basically a facial for the body. It exfoliates and hydrates your skin, leaving it smooth and soft !

DAY 07: Rishikesh – Haridwar

Breakfast at the hotel.
Morning drive from Rishikesh to Haridwar Railway Station (32 km/1 hour) to connect train for Delhi.
